Stayed 1 night to attend high school reunion held at hotel. Graciously given early check-in so we can prepare for the 5 pm event. Our room was on a 7th floor corner with 2 huge picture windows, king sized bed and huge bathroom with shower. Very clean and comfortable. Staff: Most helpful staff especially at front desk and concierge. Appreciated packing tape and scissors made available for us. Location: cannot be better. Easy walk to stores and restaurants on High Street and Serendra. Easy ride to airport using Grab. Breakfast: included in our room rate but because we had an early flight, they packed fruits and pastries for us to take to airport. Much appreciated! Event facilities: very good event room, excellent professional staff, food at buffet was on time and very good.

Location, service and staff. If I could mention all the names I would, but that list will too long and I think it would suffice to just say everyone. We have not encountered any staff member who is not nice or friendly. Everyone is so courteous and attentive to your needs, making you feel good and welcomed. Shout out to the hotel manager Yancie, massaging crew, receiving staff Allen, Chris, and room cleaner Arnel for an excellent job of making the hotel a safe, organized and welcoming environment. We had a wonderful time and look forward coming back.

Seda BGC as well as Seda Lio and Seda Manila Bay provide very good accommodation to guests with Food Allergies. They really go the extra mile to satisfy the needs of their guests in terms of food preparation. All the servers, staff and the cook are willing to help accommodate our needs. Special shoutout to Chef Alex for doing a great job on coming up with dishes that are allergy-free for my son. We had a great experience in our stay in Seda BGC.

The rooms were clean. Location amazing. Walking distance to major shopping malls and restaurants. Staff was pleasing and helpful. Amazing omelette made by the chef at the counter. The staff in the breakfast restaurant were welcoming and were attentive to all and were quick to serve. The check-in was smooth, and the security and the concierge did a good job. Our drop back to the airport was well arranged.

The hotel's location was absolutely fantastic. Situated in the heart of the city, it provided easy access to major attractions, shopping areas, and public transportation. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to different dietary preferences.
